Guarantee

Both the pump and the diffuser are EC certified and come with a 3-year guarantee.

The materials used in the diffusion system are designed to be as robust as possible and offer comfortable longevity.

As the consumables are subject to excess pressure in the bottle and are then diffused in minuscule quantities (microparticles of oil), the process does not result in any clogging, erosion or grime.

Maintenance is kept to an absolute minimum, without any major expenditure required. Maintenance is recommended once a quarter using a procedure recommended for this purpose.

After sales service

Should there be any problems with the day-to-day running of the diffusion system, the solution in the majority of cases is to replace the air generator.

The following procedure would then be used:

• The client sends the pump switch to Aethera’s headquarters
• Aethera sends out a new switch

Upon request, Aethera is happy to provide the following documents:

• EC declaration of conformity
• RoHS certificates
• Safety data sheets for products and paints
